At Stroll Fit, the goal is to provide clients with a fun, accessible workout, which their children may attend.  
 
The workout
A portion of the class is walking and / or running. We stop and work on strength and endurance through HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) based exercises.
 
The equipment
We use bands, weights, TRX suspension training, body weight exercise, stairs, benches, any and all park amenities.
 
The intention
Workouts are planned with the intention of providing a "full body" workout; therefore, your class will include exercises for your back, chest, biceps, triceps, shoulders, quadriceps, hamstrings, glutes, and abdominals. Exercises are chosen that will aid in functional fitness, so that carrying a small child, three bags of groceries, a diaper bag, and a latte ​becomes easier as you become stronger.
